Kathmandu, January 27 – In Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-17 of Kailali district, an elder brother lost his life after being attacked with scissors by his younger brother. According to District Police Office Kailali spokesperson Darshan Khadka, the incident occurred around 12:30 AM on Saturday night when 30-year-old Prakash Bohara attacked his 35-year-old elder brother Lal Bahadur Bohara with scissors.
The critically injured Lal Bahadur was immediately taken to Mission Hospital Dhangadhi for treatment, but he succumbed to his injuries during treatment at around 2:50 AM.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the attack occurred during a minor argument stemming from a family dispute. The police have taken the younger brother, Prakash, into custody and initiated further investigation into the incident.
