
Kathmandu, The popular South Indian film ‘Daku Maharaj’ is set to release in Nepali cinemas starting this Saturday. The film, which was initially released in Telugu on January 12 in India, is now being made available in Hindi for the Nepali audience.
The movie stars 64-year-old Nandamuri Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, and Urvashi Rautela in lead roles. According to Indian media reports, the Telugu version of the film has already grossed ₹81.24 crores in net revenue.
Balakrishna, who plays the lead role, described the film as a “mass entertainer.” He shared his excitement about its Hindi release, saying, “The love and response from fans have been truly wonderful. ‘Daku Maharaj’ is a film that is very close to my heart. I’m thrilled to see it releasing for the Hindi audience in India.”
Urvashi Rautela, who also plays a leading role, reflected on her experience working in the film, saying, “Working on ‘Daku Maharaj’ has been an unforgettable journey. The movie features a lot of action, drama, and emotion. I’m confident that Hindi audiences will embrace it just like the audiences in South India. It’s an honor for me to be a part of this film.”
