Manchester City staged a comeback victory in the English Premier League football. In last night’s match, City defeated Chelsea 3-1.
Josko Gvardiol, Phil Foden, and Erling Haaland each scored for City to secure the comeback win after trailing 1-0. Chelsea’s Noni Madueke had opened the scoring.
Chelsea took the lead in the third minute through Madueke’s goal. Gvardiol equalized in the 42nd minute, bringing the game level by halftime.
In the second half, Haaland scored in the 68th minute to give City the lead, and Foden sealed the victory with a goal in the 87th minute, making it 3-1.
With this win, City climbed to fourth place with 41 points from 23 matches, while the defeated Chelsea remains in sixth place with 40 points.
